Thoughts from a slave???
Who said slaves could think? Aren’t slaves just property?… no more than a tool, a piece of furniture? Does a piece of furniture think? No, it just sits there until it is used and then it just sits there again. Thinking slaves? Whoever heard of such a thing?
The fact is, there are about as many definitions of slave within the BDSM world as there are Owners. Each Owner defines what they wish in a slave and either molds their slave to fit that definition, or releases the slave to find one who can be molded appropriately. Boy’s Owner is still molding boy to fit Her, but one thing was clear from the very start of our relationship…She wanted a slave who could think. One who could think objectively, express himself intelligently, carry on a conversation on a myriad of subjects, and reflect credit on Her high standards for Herself and those who are Hers.
A non-thinking slave requires much more work: “Go to the broom closet, get the broom out, sweep the floor from here to there, and then remove what you’ve swept to the dust bin” rather than simply “sweep the floor”. Yet there are Owners who prefer nearly that level of control and direction. The purpose of this blog is not to attempt to define slavery, nor to criticize those Owners who prefer more…or less…control. This blog will be about boy’s relationship with his Owner and the dynamic we share. Boy is still growing as a slave and this account will reflect that growth and perhaps be of some interest to those contemplating embarking on a similar path.
